ORDER
At TigerGirl you can only order products through our website. If you have inquiries about items that are not on our website yet, we would very much like to know about this via e-mail info@tigergirl.no
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you have made a purchase that you want to cancel, you must log in with your e-mail address and password under the login icon in the top right corner. Then click on “My Orders”. Under “My orders”, click on the info button to the right of the order you want to cancel. Then click on “Cancel order”. It is only possible to cancel an order if our warehouse has not started to process your order.
CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
When registering with TigerGirl, you must confirm that you are over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, the registration and member must be signed by a parent.
An agreement can always be easily concluded by a parent if, despite the requirement to be over 18 years old, it has been entered into by a child or a person under 18 years old.

The parties

The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer / buyer.
Prices
Each item shown includes VAT in Norwegian kroner. In the cart you see the total price including all taxes such as VAT, shipping and payment.
Payments
Payment is made at the selected payment at checkout. The payment method provided by Bambora together with partners. The card will be charged immediately upon purchase of the product.

Card payment accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Invoicing of your credit card is done directly
Vipps
Payment with VIPPS made through mobile number and verification of mobile bank ID
Invoice & partial payment
In collaboration with Walley, we offer a safe and simple invoice and partial payment solution. The service offers you a one-time credit as payment for your purchases. The one-time credit means that the credit is tied to the individual purchase and that you as a consumer have no further outstanding credit relationship with Walley. When choosing an invoice, the due date is 14 days. Invoice is sent to the e-mail address you provided. When choosing an invoice, you can subsequently choose to pay the entire amount immediately or alternatively log in to https://commerce.collector.se/Portal and apply for a partial payment agreement.
To be able to use the service, you must have a permanent and official Norwegian residential address at the time of purchase and be at least 18 years old. The payment method is only available to private individuals, and assumes that you have taken care of your financial obligations and have a good payment history.
A credit check is carried out in connection with the purchase. The information will not be stored at the online store where the purchase is made. Your personal information will only be used to decide whether or not to grant credit. In the event of late or non-payment, a reminder fee and default interest and any costs of collection will be added.

Refund for invoice and partial payment purchases
If you have paid your invoice or partial payment, but later regret your purchase, you have a receivable from Walley. Walley will refund the amount you have paid after we have received information from the dealer about the approved return. The refund will be made to your account and you must therefore inform us of your bank account number and invoice information.
Invoice Fee
An invoice fee may be added to the invoice within 14 days due. For partial payment, a monthly fee of NOK 39 and an interest rate of 21% will be charged. Normally, partial payment is offered over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months specified according to the purchase price.
Delivery of goods
We cooperate with Posten/Bring for the transport of goods. We provide personal information that is necessary for them to be able to deliver the goods to you. The information shared with the carriers is name, street address, e-mail address, telephone number and desired delivery location. The information will be deleted within 36 months.Bring / Posten – NOK 60 / Free over 800, –
Package in the mailbox (1-4 days)
The package is delivered directly in the mailbox. If the package is too large for your mailbox, the package will be sent to the nearest post office. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days but depends on your address. Packages going to Northern Norway may take a little longer.
Deliveries
Orders placed before 14.00 are processed on the same day and are usually delivered within 1-3 days. Delivery takes place directly to the address you have specified when ordering
Damaged goods and right of complaint
As you receive your order, it is important to check the items for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged or damaged, you can contact us via e-mail:info@tigergirl.no for further instructions. You have a two-year right of complaint in accordance with Norwegian law.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the service provider has fulfilled its duty to provide information in accordance with the right of withdrawal and the item has been received. The deadline expires 12 months after the expiry of the original withdrawal period if information on the right of withdrawal has not been provided. The consumer must notify the service provider if the right of withdrawal is used. The deadline is considered complied with if the notification is sent before the deadline expires. There are no formal requirements for the notification, but this should be in writing for evidentiary reasons. If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, the service provider is obliged to reimburse all actual costs charged to the consumer.
However, the consumer must bear return costs, unless the service provider has breached the agreement, or the service provider has delivered a replacement item in accordance with the agreement, because the ordered item was not available.
The right of withdrawal presupposes that the item is returned within 14 days after we have been notified of the use of the right of withdrawal and that the item is returned in the same condition as upon receipt. Ie. in original and undamaged packaging and in unused condition. Cosmetics are to be regarded as hygiene products, ref. The Appeals Act § 22 g), and such products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery. Goods that are not considered hygiene items, TigerGirl will be able to claim compensation for the impairment if the consumer uses or examines the item (s) in a way that goes beyond normal and necessary examination.
Privacy, security and personal information
In connection with the order, you agree to tigergirl.no save and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to offer the service that you expect from us. tigergirl.no will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Under the Privacy Act, you need, once a year, the right to be a part of the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use email to send marketing and newsletters
Force majeure
Force majeure, such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious infection or other extent the party’s control and which prevents the parties from fulfilling their obligations and relieving a party from it. Such an exception applies provided that the operation cannot be performed under these conditions. The other party shall be notified immediately of the circumstances, use of this provision
Change of contract
After the customer has made a purchase, Merchant is not entitled to change the terms of the purchase in question unless otherwise agreed.
Complaint
If an item has faults or defects, you can either demand re-delivery, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. The complaint deadline is normally 2 years after you received the item. If the product is intended to last significantly longer than 2 years, the complaint period is extended to 5 years. In order to claim a defect, we must be notified within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the error. You have always complained in time if it happens within 2 months from the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchases Act (Consumer Purchases Act). In the event of any dispute, TigerGirl follows the Consumer Disputes Committee’s decisions.
Disputes and laws
Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these terms shall be dealt with exclusively by a Norwegian court
